Understanding stakeholders, avoiding mistakes.
The Awareness Training is suitable for employees who have little or no experience in dealing with the media. The aim is to prepare the participants for their role in crisis situations – and above all to arouse awareness for the topic “crisis communication”.
Our aim is to create a general understanding of the demands and working methods of the media and to clarify the risk of an unthoughtful behavior towards press representatives. In addition, we explain the different demands of various stakeholders who contact the company in critical periods - from residents to authorities and politicians.
With this training participants are made familiar with the challenges of crisis situations and trained to avoid typical mistakes.
