Facing a critical event, decisions require the close cooperation of various departments. In our crisis team exercise, we are therefore working on interdisciplinary coping processes and controlling communication with stakeholders.
During our exercise we simulate the assignment of responsibilities and the exchange between the departments in real time, using a realistic scenario. With the help of aligned escalation levels, we increase the pressure on everyone involved and thus enable useful learnings for experienced crisis team members. Our experienced employees slip into the roles of various stakeholders on the phone, by email or in protected social media areas, from residents and journalists to politics. Upon request, journalists can also appear in person at the factory gate or at company headquarters as part of the exercise.
